Lion Brand Knit Hat #80405AD

Late blogging on this one. I made a hat for my daughter in December. She begged me for a hat and picked out the yarn herself, the color anyway. I made a huge pom pom to go on top. Of course she pulls the pom strands out and I have to trim. Another unappreciated gift to my darling 5 year old.

The pattern can be seen HERE. I modified it: I CO only 40 and used circulars rather than straights and seam later. Fits my 5 y/o daughter perfectly but I would stick with the recommended cast on number in the pattern for an adult.
